Nathan B. Young

Nathan B Young was born on December 20, 1965, in Washington, D.C. Nathan departed this life on November 13, 2022 (which was his grandmother’s birthday). Nathan graduated from Seneca Valley High School in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Nathan started his career as a car salesman and he continued to do well in that field. He loved selling cars.
Nathan started an organization called “Stop The Drug And Violence” in the schools in Atlanta, Ga. He had many programs in the schools to help young people learn about drugs and it’s effects.
Nathan was also a musician. He loved singing.and he produced a CD with the Georgia Mass Choir entitled “We Shall Overcome Someday”.
Nathan leaves his mother, Rev. Delories Young, brother Gary Johnson and a sister, Vivian Lomax Speares. His aunts Rubye Weaver, Mable Mattocks and and two uncles Howard Weston (Deceased) and Thurston Mattocks. He has many nieces, nephews and cousins too numerous to name.

Nathan will be remembered for his smile and the joy he brought to others with his music and laughter.
