Jackie was born on January 23, 1961, in Washington DC to Marlet Rikard and the late Robert L. Rikard, Sr. She transitioned from this earth on Sunday, August 29, 2021\n\nJackie is survived by her mother, Marlet Rikard Bradshaw, step-father, James E. Bradshaw, four siblings, Wanda Rikard, Cynthia Rikard, Robert Rikard, Jr. (Roslyn) and Angela Reed, one nephew, Robert Rikard, III, five nieces, Tiffany Butler (Chris), Sheree Reed, Deidra Reed, Rian Rikard and Keisha Jones, aunts, uncles, cousin and many other relatives and friends.\n\nJackie graduated from St. Martin's Catholic School and Immaculate Conception Academy High School. She also attended Virginia State University. She worked for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and DC Government.\n\nJackie was a faithful and dedicated member of St. Martin's Catholic Church. She loved everything about St. Martin's. She loved giving her time to St. Martin's and helping others. Her favorite pastime was shopping and taking road trips with her mother, especially to the casinos.
